Return Policies


iRoll300.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 45 days of customer invoice date. Do not send anything back to iRoll300.com until you receive a RMA number. Simply contact our store at returns@iroll300.com to receive instructions on returning your purchase.

The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • 10% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
  • All returns must include the original manufacturer’s packaging as well as protective packaging.
  • All returned products must be in new, unused, and un-drilled condition. IF YOU PURCHASED SHOES, please try on your new shoes on a DRY CLEAN SURFACE, to make sure they fit correctly. We CANNOT accept returned shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. SHOES MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION TO BE RETURNED.
  • iRoll300.com honors all manufacturer’s warranties (see individual manufacturers for warranty details). If your product is defective and still covered under the manufacturer’s original warranty. All Return Policies apply accept for the 45 days form invoice date. The Manufactures warranty goes in effect on the invoice date and runs the length specified by the manufacturer.
  • Defective merchandise returned for warranty can only be exchanged for the same item. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In cases where a similar replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with iRoll300.com.
  • Drilling charges are not covered under the warranty. 

Damaged Item Received

If your product was received damaged or defective and needs to be replaced please follow the instructions below:

  • Email Customerservice@iroll300.com with a picture of the damaged or defective item. Please include a picture of the shipping box if the item was damaged during shipping. Please reference your name and phone number in your email to us.

  • Shipping to and from iRoll300.com is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
